HAKUJI
In the HAKUJI series, we pair two shades of white—an unassuming plaster-like matte ceramic with a glossy white glaze—for a simple yet dignified presence that complements any setting, from Japanese flower arrangement to Western interior design.

COBALT
This collection uses a special paint that soaks through the clay of the ceramic. Each item is unique in color with a rough, matte texture similar to stone or paper. The upper part uses a cloudy white glaze called wara-haku that accumulates in small depressions for a deeper sheen. At the same time, there is a clear demarcation between the protruding areas, which makes for a beautiful contrast in the ways both glazes have gathered. This series’ deep cobalt color calls to mind the robots of science fiction and is a joy to observe from every angle.

SEIJI
As far back as the mid-1600s, celadon porcelain ware was used by the Hasami elite, such as the daimyo lord and his samurai retainers, and in temples and shrines. Since ancient times, the pale, elegant blue-greens of celadon have long attracted the eye of many, and this vase honors the Hasami celadon tradition. The celadon glaze has beautiful crackle layers, called kannyu, which vary from piece to piece.

RURI
The lower part uses a special paint that soaks through the clay of the ceramic. Each item is unique in color with a rough, matte texture similar to stone or paper. The dark blue at the top uses a ruriyu glaze that is a mixture of a transparent glaze and blue gosu pigment. This deep and vivid color highlights the design while creating a uniquely soothing, Japanese atmosphere. The celadon and ruri-glazed sections have crackle layers, called kannyu, which vary from piece to piece.
