This sake set series is made using a special white hakuji porcelain that turns translucent in the light. Our clay is sourced from the best materials to resemble the transparent whiteness of tokujo hakuji, which has long been said to be the finest traditional Amakusa porcelain clay. Each piece is handcrafted by expert Hasami artisans based on our original 3D-printed prototypes. The translucency of this series lends itself to the tranquil atmosphere of household kamidana Shinto altars.
